# Workspaces

> Organize your brand's AI visibility tracking inside a dedicated workspace.

A workspace is your home base in the platform. It represents your organization, brand, or hotel group — and everything you do happens inside one.

## What Lives Inside a Workspace

Your workspace contains all of the following:

* **Properties** — the hotels, resorts, or destinations you are tracking
* **Keywords** — the search queries you want to monitor across AI platforms
* **Tracking results** — daily snapshots of how AI engines respond to your keywords
* **Share of Voice data** — your brand's visibility score over time

## Complete Data Isolation

Each workspace is completely isolated. If you manage multiple brands or work with different clients, their data never crosses over. One workspace cannot see or access another workspace's properties, keywords, or results.

This means you can safely invite team members to a workspace without worrying about data from other workspaces being exposed.

## Setting Up Your Workspace

<Steps>
  <Step title="Create your workspace">
    From the dashboard, click **New Workspace** and give it a name — typically your brand or hotel group name.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Add your properties">
    Add each hotel, resort, or destination you want to track. You will need the property name and website at a minimum.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Set up keywords">
    Define the search queries that matter to your business — things travelers actually ask AI platforms. You can type them in manually or import a list via CSV.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Run tracking">
    Once your properties and keywords are in place, the platform begins tracking. The system sends your keywords to AI platforms daily and records whether your brand appears in the results.
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Tip>
  Start with one workspace per brand. If you manage a hotel chain with sub-brands that have distinct websites and audiences, consider giving each sub-brand its own workspace.
